MAY 28, 2016 WALKILL VALLEY RAIL TRAIL AT NEW PALTZ

     What a beast of a day [and weekend].  It was so hot [my car said 90 on the way home and it stayed that hot all afternoon].  We all gave up relative early due to the heat.
      We welcomed Eleanor and Julie into the group.  That made nine of us and we all enjoyed a good brunch at the College Diner.
       There are only two pix this week.  There wasn't that much to see on the trail.  We didn't even make it to the bridge which has a nice view.

MAY 21, 2016 WALKWAY OVER THE HUDSON

     It was a rather gloomy day but it didn't rain.  However there were only seven of us.  We all ate at the Gateway Diner after walking.

MAY 14, 2016 VASSAR FARM

      It's amazing how I seem to manage to schedule Vassar Farm the same day as their plant sale.  It made the parking a little "interesting" but we all found spots.
      It was a pleasant day for a walk although it did get quite warm by the end.  There were eleven of us.  We did not go for brunch.
