Blog problems continue. This time my camera's memory stick didn't function so there are no pictures this week.
It was overcast, extremely humid...the worst so far with thunderstorms and hard rain after the walk. There were eleven of us sweating away on the walk. We walked in the woods and then on the paved road. When it was time to go back in the woods, seven of us opted to walk back to the parking lot on the road; and four intrepid chose to continue on the wooded trail. It was the shortest walk of the season and I think all seven of us, certainly five of us, were extremely happy to be finished. Five us us headed for lunch at the Daily Planet.
