It was a typical hot, sunny July day. There were 15 of us and we walked varied distances in the uncomfortable heat. We traveled up to the gazebo and then to at least one point view...some of us went further to additional view[s].
I lost count but at least 6 and maybe 7 of us dined at the Beacon Falls Cafe. The food was good as was the service but they were reluctant to give us separate checks [but they did] and, I must admit I don't usually check, but coffee was $3.50 which I thought was expensive. [The food was reasonably priced.]
